Gender fluiditiy is a subject I’ve been exploring through my thesis zine,
Gender Inferno, which involved developing a custom typeface.
I wanted the typeface, inspired by heavy metal typography and
printed fabrics, to feel as fluid as the gender spectrum.

After developing the typeface, I wanted to explore it’s ability  to
create compositions. I first hand-drew this composition of fifteen
gender identities/terms using the typeface restrictions I developed
and then digitally rendered it in multiple colors.

I also created screenprints of the composition, as well as others,
on thin muslin that increases its fluidity in form.
